Notice is hereby given that Petition was presented at Fort William Sheriff Court on 18 September 2024 by Gordon Robert Shankland for the restoration of Shankland Sporting Limited, having its registered office at Ardshealach Lodge, Acharacle, Argyll, Scotland, PH36 4JL (Company Number SC784944) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 19 September 2024, Sheriff Frazer at Fort William appointed any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Fort William, Sheriff Court House, High Street, Fort William, PH33 6EE within eight days after this advertisement: all which notice is hereby given.
