Cowie Community Credit Union Limited (Register no. 67 CUS) the registered office of which is at Cowie Thrift Club, Old School House, Main Street, Cowie, STIRLING, FK7 7BL The ground for cancellation is that the credit union's permission under Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 has been cancelled.

Huntly & District Ex-Service Men's Club Limited (Register no. 816 RS) the registered office of which is at 59 Gordon Street, HUNTLY, Aberdeenshire, AB54 8ES. The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 89 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing for the society’s financial years ending 2015 - 2022.

each society listed above ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
