A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Movac Coatings (Holdings) Limited (14312483) of 11 Portman Road, Ipswich IP1 2BP England, whose nature of business is retail sale of hardware, paints and glass in specialised stores, presented on Friday 06 September 2024, at 14:51 by MARK CLINTON PETER SMITH, of 30 High Street, Hadleigh, Suffolk IP7 5AP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 October 2024, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
