We, Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 3 May 2023.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 8 November 2024. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
