Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2024 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Guy Patrick McCourt craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 4 September 2024 to (a) be director of Mainline Road Marking (Scotland) Ltd trading with the name “Mainline Road Marking” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Mainline Road Marking (Scotland) Ltd using the name “Mainline Road Marking”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Mainline Road Marking (Scotland) Ltd under the name “Mainline Road Marking” in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 4 October 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
