Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P. transferred all of its interest in BC European Capital IX-2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014058 (the “Partnership”), to the following entities:

(i) VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator IV LP

(ii) PEV Holdings 1066 AB LLC

(iii) FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC

As a result of such transfers (i) VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator IV LP, (ii) PEV Holdings 1066 AB LLC and (iii) FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership. Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
