Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P. transferred part of its interest in BC European Capital IX-2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014058 (the “Partnership”), to the following entities:

(i) Partners Group Growth, LLC

(ii) Partners Group Access PF 708, L.P.

As a result of such transfers (i) Partners Group Growth, LLC and (ii) Partners Group Access PF 708, L.P. were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership. Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
