TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (CONTROL OF ADVERTISEMENTS) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2007

PROPOSED RENEWAL OF DIRECTION UNDER REGULATION 7 TO CONTROL THE DISPLAY OF LETTINGS BOARDS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lincoln Council proposes to apply for the renewal of a Direction under Regulation 7 of the above Regulations to authorise that deemed consent for the display of lettings boards by estate agents and landlords within Schedule 3, Part 1, Class 3A of the Regulations should not apply to properties in the West Parade area, Sincil Bank area, Monks Road area, Union Road and Waterloo Street, Lincoln.

If the Secretary of State gives this direction it will require estate agents and landlords to continue to apply for advertisement consent to display their boards in these areas.
