The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.32) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a length and part width of Blackbird Leys Road including a length of unnamed footpath, a further length of unnamed footpath and an eastern part width of Blackbird Leys Road at Oxford in the City of Oxford. This is to enable development as permitted by Oxford City Council, under reference 23/00405/OUTFUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5737). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Oxford City Council, Oxford Westgate Library, Queen Street, Westgate, Oxford, OX1 1DJ.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 21 October 2024.
