The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.19) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a southern part width of Gosforth Lane comprising its access mouth to the former Little Furze School at South Oxhey, in the District of Three Rivers. This is to enable development as permitted by Three Rivers District Council, under reference 20/1677/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5826. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Oxhey Library, Bridlington Road, South Oxhey, Herts, WD19 7AG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 25 October 2024.
