NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

MORRISON CARE PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Morrison CARE Pension Scheme (‘the Scheme’), is intending to distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with the Scheme's governing documentation and overriding law in order to complete the winding-up of the trust, which commenced on 8 October 2024.

The following persons are requested to write to the Trustee at the address given below, no later than two months from the date of this notice:

• Any employee or former employee of Morrison Utility Services Limited (now known as Morrison Water Services Limited), Morrison Construction Services Limited (now known as Morrison Construction Limited), Maintenance and Property Care Limited (subsequently known as Morrison Scotland (Services) Limited and now Mears Scotland (Services) Limited), Morrison Facilities Services Limited, Morrison plc (now known as Morrison Limited), or AWG Property Limited (or any other relevant employer who you believe participated in the Scheme) who believes that they were a member of the Scheme and who is not already receiving a pension in respect of their membership of the Scheme and has not received any correspondence from the Trustee in the last two years;

• Any person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the Scheme as a widow, widower or dependant of a deceased member of the Scheme; and

• Any creditor or other person who believes they have a claim against, or an interest in, the Scheme.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of their period of employment or dates when they were members of the Scheme or the particulars of their claim via the contact details below:

Once two months have passed from the date of this notice, the Trustee may proceed to distribute the Scheme’s assets and wind-up the trust, having regard only to the claims of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustee and the interest of those members of the Scheme of whom they have knowledge.

The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim, demand or interest they have not had notice of.

Please note that if you have received any correspondence from the Trustee within the last two years, then the Trustee is aware of your benefits within the Scheme, and there is no need to make a claim.
