Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that National Grid UK Pension Scheme Trustee Limited acting as trustee of the National Grid UK Pension Scheme in Respect of Section B of that Scheme transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-9 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014065 (the “Partnership”), to National Gas Transmission Pension Trustee Limited acting as Trustee of the National Gas Transmission Pension Scheme and as a result of such transfer, National Gas Transmission Pension Trustee Limited acting as Trustee of the National Gas Transmission Pension Scheme was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and National Grid UK Pension Scheme Trustee Limited acting as trustee of the National Grid UK Pension Scheme in Respect of Section B of that Scheme ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
