At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on 24 October 2024 at 10.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Cole (IP No. 026070) and Steve Kenny (IP No. 024030) both of KBL Advisory Limited, Stamford House, Northenden Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 2DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by any or both Liquidators.”
