LIQUIDATION AND IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a general meeting of the members of Strandtown Travel (NI) Limited will be held at 10:00am on 11th December 2024 at ASM (N) Ltd, 30 Monaghan Street, Newry, Co. Down, BT35 6AA to be followed on the same day at 10:30am by a meeting of the creditors of the company.

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (as amended) for the purpose of receiving an account from the (Joint Liquidators / Liquidator) explaining the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend, and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at ASM (N) Ltd, 30 Monaghan Street, Newry, Co. Down, BT35 6AA no later than 12 noon on the working day prior to the meetings.
