Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by TRIANGLE SECURITY SYSTEMS LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC491845) and having its registered office at Unit 10, 315 Drakemire Drive, Linn Park Industrial Estate, Glasgow, Scotland, G45 9SS craving the court inter alia to order that said TRIANGLE SECURITY SYSTEMS LTD be wound up by the court and that James Stephen and Lee Causer, Insolvency Practitioners of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Square, 31 York Street, Glasgow G2 8NJ be appointed as joint provisional liquidators after service intimation and advertisement; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor (GLW-L213-24) dated 24 October 2024 ordained any persons if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
