Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 4.126(1) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) and Legislation section: Section 106(2) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the Company are to be held.
