Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Block Transfer Order of insolvency cases of District Judge Banks dated 17 October 2024 (“the Order”) it has been ordered that:

1. The cases listed in the Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 attached to this Order (each described as a “Block Transfer Case” and together the “Block Transfer Cases”), insofar as they may currently be proceedings in a county court or other Business and Property Court of the High Court of Justice, be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Business and property Courts in Manchester, solely the purpose only of making this order.

2. Immediately upon this order taking effect, the Block Transfer Cases transferred to the Business and Property Courts in Manchester pursuant to paragraph 1 above, be transferred back to the relevant County Court or other Business and Property Court of the High Court of Justice.

3. The Respondent (“Outgoing Officeholder”) be removed from office in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases from the date of this order.

4. The Applicant, PAUL ANTHONY GEORGE, of Carrington George Associates, 20 Marple Road, STOCKPORT, Cheshire, SK2 5QB and of Business Helpline Group Limited, Suite 7 Northlight Parade, Brierfield, Nelson, England, BB9 5EG (“Replacement Officeholder”) be appointed as the Replacement Officeholder in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases from the date of this order.

5. The creditors in each of the Block Transfer Cases be notified of this order by placing a block transfer advertisement in the London Gazette within 28 days of the date of this order.

6. Any creditor, in respect of any of the Block Transfer Cases who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of the advertisement published in accordance with paragraph 5 above to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other order by the court.

7. The Replacement Officeholder shall give notice to the Secretary of State in respect of the Block Transfer Cases and to the Registrar of Companies in respect of the liquidations in the Schedule of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. The Replacement Officeholder shall file a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in the Schedules.

9. Nothing in this order shall release the Outgoing Officeholder's personal representatives or estate from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of the office-holder's removal under this order in respect of the Block Transfer Cases.

10. The Outgoing Officeholder's personal representatives or estate shall be at liberty to apply to the Secretary of State for his release as voluntary liquidator pursuant to section 173(2)(b)(ii) of the Insolvency Act 1986 14 days after the giving of notice to creditors in accordance with paragraph 5 of this order, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor under paragraph 6 of this order for the specific Block Transfer Case subject to that application.

11. The costs of this application shall be paid as an expense and shall be apportioned equally between each of the Block Transfer Cases so that the estate of each Block Transfer Case shall bear an equal proportion of the costs, which shall not exceed £80.00 per Block Transfer Case.
