Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 September 2024, Patria SOF III LP (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to Overbay Capital Partners 2023 Fund GP Inc. (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III “A”, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Scottish limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005769 and that with effect from 30 September 2024, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
