Notice is hereby given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Richard Paul James Goodwin, the Liquidator of the Company, intends declaring a First and Final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
