TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990-SECTION 247

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING (STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS) (NORTHFIELD AVENUE) ORDER 2024

1. THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING hereby gives notice that it has made the above Order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 authorising the stopping up of the lengths of highway described in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. The stopping up has been authorised in order to carry out the development in accordance with planning permission granted on 23rd October 2015 under reference P/2014/6383.

3. A copy of the Order and the Order Plan are available for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of Ealing Council Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from 13th November 2024, apply for that purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE

Northfield Avenue,

the west side, the area of highway in line with the southern wall of No. 69 Sherwood Close (Target House), extending southward along the back of the footway of the main carriageway of Northfield Avenue for a distance of 11.59 metres, continuing through the quarter-circle-shaped ramp linking Northfield Avenue to Sherwood Close for a further distance of approximately 16.1 metres, with a varying width between 2.1 metres and 2.5 metres.
