The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.35) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a northern part width of Shopwhyke Road B2144, at Shopwhyke in the District of Chichester. This is to enable development as permitted by Chichester District Council under references O/11/05283/OUT and O/15/03964/REM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5845). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Melbourne Road Post Office, 63 St James’ Road, Chichester, PO19 7HR.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 14 November 2024.
