NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of the above Companies will be held at the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on 17 December 2024 at 11:00am, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date, resolving whether the Liquidator should be granted his release and the Companies be dissolved.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be released and discharged.

3. That the books and records of the Companies be destroyed by the Liquidator 1 year after his release.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Companies.

Proxies forms must be returned to the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT or by email to eoin.hughes@scc-ca.com no later than 12 noon on 16 December 2024.
