The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (East) (No.20) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of two irregular shaped eastern part widths of Coggeshall Road at Kelvedon in the District of Braintree. This is to enable development as permitted by Braintree District Council under references, 17/02271/OUT and 20/02128/REM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5843). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 15 November 2024.
