Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 October 2024, I, Hugo Sebastian Blay Sharpe, 3 Rothbury Walk, Camberley, Surrey GU15 1BA Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Hugo Sebastian Blay Sharpe-Johnson and assumed the name of Hugo Sebastian Blay Sharpe.
