The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.37) Order 2024 " authorising the stopping up of two areas of highway to the north of Bunting Gardens at Waterlooville in the Borough of Havant. This is to enable development as permitted by Havant Borough Council under reference APP/22/01054.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5470). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wecock Farm Area Housing Office, 5 The Kestrels, 76 Eagle Avenue, Waterlooville, PO8 9GX.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 18 November 2024.
