Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 December 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 September 2024, I, Matthew Robert Jacobs, 120 Marine Crescent Goring by Sea West Sussex BN12 4HR Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Matthew Robert Hill and assumed the name of Matthew Robert Jacobs.
