Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 September 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Emilia-Paige Rawlings who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Emilia-Paige Smith and assumed the name of Emilia-Paige Rawlings.
