ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES
PROPOSED 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN COOMBE ROAD, KINGSTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames propose to make the following Order The Kingston upon Thames (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* Order under sections 84 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a speed limit of 20 miles per hour in Coombe Road, Kingston between its junctions with Galsworthy Road and Wolverton Avenue.
3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order and draft map schedule showing the location and the effect of the proposal may be inspected as follows:-
(a) online at https://www.kingston.gov.uk/tmos-open-statutory-consultation; selecting reference MOKing338 – Coombe Road, Kingston
(b) Council libraries; and
(c) copies of the proposed Order and draft map schedule can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 (between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays); or
(d) emailing tmo@kingston.gov.uk please quote ref MOKing338.
4.
