Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 September 2024, I, Lara Elzinga, 20 Wytham View Botley Oxford OX2 9SP Divorced/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tatiana Prescott and assumed the name of Lara Elzinga.
