Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 January 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 September 2024, I, Katie Louise O'Mahoney Johnson, 11 Ferrier Apartments, 336 Clapham Road, London SW9 9AP Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Katie Louise O'Mahoney and assumed the name of Katie Louise O'Mahoney Johnson.
