Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 September 2024, I, Julianne Green, 153 Third Avenue, London, E12 6DS Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jacqueline Elaine Ruddock and assumed the name of Julianne Green.
