Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 September 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 November 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Owen Henry Lister who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Hazel Emily Lister and assumed the name of Owen Henry Lister.
