Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 November 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Coen Kumarasamy Lowman who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Cohen Kumarasamy Lowman and assumed the name of Coen Kumarasamy Lowman.
