Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 February 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 October 2024, I, Michele Ann Fields, 465 Hawthorne Road, Bootle L20 9AT Widowed and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Michele Ann Wardle and assumed the name of Michele Ann Fields.
