The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No.22) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of four-part widths of Crampton Road, at Swindon in the Borough of Swindon. This is to enable development as permitted by Swindon Borough Council under references S/OUT/15/2087/IH and S/RES/19/1138/TB.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5222). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Meadowcroft Community Centre, Addison Cresent, Swindon, SN2 7JX.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 25 November 2024.
