(the "Scheme")
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the present trustees of the Scheme (Trustees) give notice that they intend to wind up the Scheme.
The Trustees request that any person who has or believes he or she may have a claim against, or an entitlement to a pension or other benefit from, or an interest in the Scheme sends written particulars of his or her claim or entitlement to the Trustees within two (2) months of the date of publication of this notice together with their full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and the full name of the Scheme.

After the expiry of two (2) months, starting from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets among the persons entitled to them. The Trustees will have regard only to claims and entitlements of which it has notice. The Trustees shall not, with regard to the Scheme or the Scheme assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they did not receive notice.
Any individual who has already been contacted by or on behalf of the Trustees about the winding up of the Scheme1 need not respond to this notice, as the Trustees already have details of his/her claims and entitlements.
The Trustees will remain responsible for administration of the Scheme until the windup process is complete and you are welcome to liaise with the Trustees via Mr David Jordan, using the contact details above should you have any queries in relation to this notice.
