Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 March 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 October 2024, I, Jeeya Cosmos, 158 Carr Road, Northolt, Middlesex UB5 4RF Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jeeya Kaur Bassi and assumed the name of Jeeya Cosmos.
