Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 October 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 October 2024, I, Theo Charles Farley, 56, 13 Hornsey Street, London N7 8GF Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Theodore Charles Koratjins and assumed the name of Theo Charles Farley.
