Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 07/08/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/09/2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of FELIX CHARLES ANDREW USHER, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of FELIX ANDREW USHER and assumed the name of FELIX CHARLES ANDREW USHER.
