At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 5-7 Ravensbourne Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1HN on 26 November 2024 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Cundy of Edge Recovery Limited, 5/7 Ravensbourne Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1HN be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day, Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Manjit Shokar (IP No. 23790) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD were confirmed as Joint Liquidators.
