NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
SOLOPARK LTD PENSION SCHEME – WIND UP
PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS: SOLOPARK LTD DISCRETIONARY PENSION SCHEME AND SOLPARK PLC DISCRETIONARY PENSION SCHEME
The Solopark Ltd Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) was established as the Solopark Ltd Discretionary Pension Scheme by a declaration of trust dated 10 May 1984. This notice is addressed to those who are or were members of the Scheme or are a widow/widower, child or dependent of such a member of the Scheme.
The Scheme is sponsored by Solopark Limited (Company number 01248584) and is currently administered by Phoenix Life Limited but was initially administered by Scottish Mutual.
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the wind up of the Scheme commenced on 31 October 2024. The Trustees sent a notice dated 20 November 2024 to this effect to all known members of the Scheme (for whom we hold contact details) in accordance with the Occupational & Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013. If you have not received any such notice and believe that you have entitlement to benefits from this Scheme, please contact the Trustee at the following address:

Please include your National Insurance Number and details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement.
You must contact us within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice i.e. no later than 29 January 2025. After expiry of the 2-month period the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
