1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
Road Name | Location |
Culford Grove | 2.15m away east direction from existing building line of 7 Culford Grove. Install a new 14.2m electric vehicle charging bay on the opposite side in the east direction replacing a residents permit bay. |
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle Charging bays in the following locations;

Albion Grove | 11.8m away south east direction from existing kerb line of Albion Road. Install a new 28.9m electric vehicle charging bay in the south east direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Barnabas Road | 30.1m away south east direction from existing boundary line of 8a & 10 Barnabas Road. Install a new 28.9m electric vehicle charging bay on the opposite side in the south east direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Bodney Road | 4.3m away south direction from existing building line of house number 6 & 8 Bodney Road. Install a new 28.9m electric vehicle charging bay in the south direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Bridport Place | 9.9m away south direction from existing kerb line of Poole Street. Install a new 30.4m electric vehicle charging bay in the south direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Christopher Street | 20.0m away east direction from existing kerb line of Wilson Street. Install a new 30.3m electric vehicle charging bay in the east direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Garden Walk | 8.1m away north direction from existing kerb line of Great Eastern Street. Install a new 27.8m electric vehicle charging bay in the north direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Malvern Road | 14.1m away south direction from existing kerb line of Richmond Road. Install a new 28.6m electric vehicle charging bay in the south direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Marcon Place | 8.2m away south west direction from existing kerb line of Amhurst Road. Install a new 30.9m electric vehicle charging bay in the south west direction replacing replacing cashless shared bay. |
Milton Grove | 9.4m away north direction from existing kerb line of Howard Road. Install a new 28.9m electric vehicle charging bay in the north direction replacing cashless shared bay. |
Wattisfield Road | 6.8m away north west direction from existing building line of 14 & 16 Wattisfield Road. Install a new 29.4m electric vehicle charging bay on the opposite side in the north west direction replacing a cashless shared bay. |

5. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 4 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 28 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
