Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to apply to Grimsby Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria St, Grimsby, DN31 1NH on Monday 6th Jan 2024 at 14:00pm for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980. The Order is to authorise the stopping up of an area of the highway at Gainsborough Rd, Kirton-in-Lindsey. A Plan showing the proposed Site will be on display at the Council’s Church Square House Offices. It is requested that any objections be received by the Council at the email or postal address below no later than Thursday 2nd Jan 2025, after which any objections or comments will be duly considered by the Council.
