Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 June 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 November 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ottoline Elizabeth Ruckley who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lottie Elizabeth Ruckley and assumed the name of Ottoline Elizabeth Ruckley.
