Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 December 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 November 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of NOOR FATIMA who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of NOOR FATIMA NUNES ASLAM and assumed the name of NOOR FATIMA.
