Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 September 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of CHARLOTTE OLIVIA JACKSON who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charlotte Olivia Sharples and assumed the name of Charolotte Olivia Jackson.
