Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 October 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 November 2024, I, Hazel Louise Fay-Williams, 10 Tintagel Road, Orpington, BR5 4LQ Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Hazel Louise Fay and assumed the name of Hazel Louise Fay-Williams.
