Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 November 2024, I, Fiona Ruth Emmett, 9 Catherine Street, Killyleagh, Downpatrick BT30 9QQ and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Fiona Ruth Tomlin and assumed the name of Fiona Ruth Emmett.
