Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 November 2024, I, Karim Cornish, Flat 4 60A Trull Road Taunton Somerset TA1 4QL Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Paul Michael Cornish and assumed the name of Karim Cornish.
