Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 May 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 November 2024, I, Charlotte Elizabeth Andrews, Flat 2, Clarence House, 152 North Row, Milton Keynes, MK9 1AY Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charlotte Ann Long and assumed the name of Charlotte Elizabeth Andrews.
